MIAMI-A joint venture between Miami-based WSG Development and Los Angeles-based Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund has bought a site in the Fontainbleau area of Miami-Dade County for $22 million with plans to develop a retail center. CJUF III Flagler purchased the property at Southwest 92nd Avenue from Fontainbleau Lakes LLC.

The center, La Plaza at Flagler, will have 235,000 square feet of space on 31 acres. The project is expected to be completed in August 2013. CJUF III Flagler is part of WSG Development and Canyon-Johnson. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
