AUSTIN, TX-Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds and Forestar Group Inc. of Austin have worked together to create a multifamily venture for a four-story apartment project in downtown Austin. The apartment project, called Eleven, will come up atop a two-story parking garage near I-35 and East 11th Street.
Amenities at the 257-unit apartment complex will include a courtyard, rooftop deck, a fitness facility and a resort-style pool. The project has been designed to get certification by the Austin Energy Green Building program. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
