NEW YORK CITY-Jay Suites has inked a lease for 21,711 square feet or the entire fifth floor of the building located at 1441 Broadway. The company will open its new headquarters at the leased space on August 1, 2012. The asking rent for the space was $46 per square foot. Murray Hill Partners' Richard Doolittle brokered the deal for both the tenant and the ownership of the property.
