LONDON-Legal & General Property has submitted a planning consent for a new 77,000-square-foot warehouse unit on Lovelace Road in Bracknell. The company is planning to develop the single warehouse unit, named Lovelace Park, on a 3.88-acre site for its Linked Life Fund.
Honeywell was the previous occupier of the Bracknell site, and nearby occupiers include BMW, Fujitsu, Hyundai, Panasonic and Waitrose. Strutt & Parker and Vail Williams are advising on the project. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
