ROGERS, MN-Liberty Property Trust will start construction on a multi-tenant industrial building spanning 227,000 square feet at Liberty Industrial Park at Diamond Lake. The $14-million speculative building will come up on a 13-acre land, a portion of a 55-acre parcel, at 13320 Wilfred Lane North in Rogers.
The Pennsylvania-based REIT bought the 55-acre parcel in January 2011 for $2.1 million. Edward Farr Architects Inc.'s Edward Farr is the architect and Anderson-KM Builders is the general contractor for the project. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
