PHILADELPHIA-Woodbridge, New Jersey-based Onyx Equities and Invesco have put Red Lion Plaza, a shopping center measuring 229,204 square feet at Roosevelt Boulevard and Red Lion Road in Northeast Philadelphia, for sale. The retail center is 95% leased and its anchor tenants include Best Buy, Planet Fitness and Staples.
Onyx Equities and Invesco bought the shopping center in 2006. Lang LaSalle's Joe Garibaldi, Dave Wojciechowski, Jerome Kranzel and James Galbally are marketing the center on behalf of the owners. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
