NEW YORK CITY-Silverstein Properties will partner with Mercedes Benz to redesign the nearly full block site at 514 Eleventh Ave. into a 60-story residential and retail tower. According to the Real Deal report, RKF has been employed to find a retail tenant for nearly 200,000 square feet.
