NEW YORK CITY-Stroz Friedberg is expanding its space in 32 Ave. of the Americas. The technical consulting and services company, which occupies 40,000 square feet of space on the 4th floor, has subleased 13,793 square feet of space on the 13th floor.
Stroz Friedberg has subleased the space from Superstructures Engineers & Architects. Cushman & Wakefield's Glenn Markman and Danielle Zimbaro represented the tenant, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's John Brierty represented Superstructures in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
