LEVITTOWN, PA-Tryko Partners LLC has acquired Galilee Village, a 170-unit senior housing community in Levittown, from Congregation Beth El. The community, located at 17 Penn Valley Rd., was opened in 1978.

The complex includes the 50-unit Pavilion and the 120-unit Village. The property is currently 98% occupied. Tryko bought the Barclay Arms complex in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Perrywood Garden community in Aberdeen, Maryland in February and the Harrisburg Park complex in Pennsylvania in January.
