NEW YORK CITY-Virgo Business Centers has leased 27,321 square feet at 14 Penn Plaza. The office space company has tanked the entire ninth-floor space at 14 Penn.
The asking rent for offices at 14 Penn is $47 per foot. Jay Futersak of Dakota Realty Group represented the tenant and Ephraim Elavary, also from the firm, represented the ownership in the lease negotiation.
