DALLAS-Adler Realty Investments, a Woodland Hills-based private real estate firm, has bought Four Forest Plaza, a 19-story office tower at 12222 Merit Drive in North Dallas, for $23 million. The 400,000-square-foot high-rise is located on the west side of North Central Expressway.
The black glass tower, constructed in 1985, is 50% occupied and it was sold by Los Angeles-based Younan Properties. Adler Realty Investments has plans to renovate the Four Forest Plaza building. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
