SEATTLE-The Infectious Disease Research Institute is moving to Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood from First Hill. The Seattle-based not-for-profit has leased about 55,000 square feet at 1616 Eastlake Ave. from Pasadena, California-based Alexandria Real Estate Equities.
IDRI will occupy the fourth-floor space of the 164,000-square-foot building. The new lease will help IDRI to consolidate its research and development teams. The company will relocate to the new location in mid-2013. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
