RICHARDSON, TX-CapLease Inc., an investor based in New York, has purchased two office properties located in Richardson's Telecom Corridor for a total price of $46 million. The Lakeside Centre I & II buildings totaling 318,000 square feet are situated nearby the North Central Expressway. The properties are 100% leased and house AT&T and MetroPCS Wireless Inc. as tenants. Commonwealth Partners was the seller of the buildings.
