LANCASTER, PA-An industrial building measuring 594,000 square feet at 2913 Spooky Nook Rd. in Lancaster has come under a new ownership. An entity created by Samuel Beiler purchased the empty distribution center and will convert it into a sports complex.
The seller of the building was not revealed, but a Real Capital Analytics report points out that the previous owner was Random Properties Acquisition Corp.
