FOSTER CITY, CA-Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. has acquired Marlin Cove Shopping Center, a 74,596-square-foot property in Foster City, in an off-market deal for $17.38 million. The retail center, located at 1070-1098 Foster City Blvd., comprises a three-story office structure and 53,379 square feet of retail space.
