
DALLAS-A Far North Dallas office building was sold at a foreclosure auction for over $56 million. Regent Properties, a Los Angeles investor, has bought the Bent Tree Tower II, an eight-story office tower measuring 166,023 square feet at 16479 Dallas Parkway.
LNR Partners, which took control of the building after a 2010 foreclosure, was the seller. Regent has hired Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services to lease and manage the office tower. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
