BETHESDA, MD-RLJ Lodging Trust has added two hotels in Bethesda and New York City to its portfolio. The Bethesda-based company purchased the hotels for total amount of $146.5 million.
RLJ Lodging bought the Courtyard New York Manhattan Upper East Side, a 226-room hotel, for $82 million in a bankruptcy court sale and the Residence Inn by Marriott Bethesda Hotel Downtown for $64.5 million.
