LONDON-MGPA, CarVal Investors and Quadrant have selected Skanska to start the GBP 140-million redevelopment of the old Moorgate Telephone Exchange located at 72 Fore Street on behalf of CVI GVF (Lux) Master and MGPA Europe Fund III. The GBP 57-million construction contract will allow the Skanska team to design and develop the 220,000-square-foot project.

The scheme will include an 11-story office building featuring floor plates ranging from 7,900 square feet to 24,600 square feet. HKR is the architect of the project. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
