RESTON, VA-Westbrook Partners has acquired One Dulles Corridor at 10740 Parkridge Blvd. in Reston from two entities wholly-owned and controlled by the estate of Christopher Walker. The 215,716-square-foot office building was sold along with a 1.9-acre site for $41.7 million.
One Dulles Corridor is overlooking the Dulles Toll Road. Andrew Weir and Matt Nicholson of HFF brokered the deal. The new owner has retained Avison Young to find prospective tenants for the vacant building. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
