MIAMI-Developer Craig Robins planning to develop a $312-million commercial neighborhood in Miami's Design District. Robins and his real estate development company DACRA have submitted a plan to the city of Miami.

The proposed plan will be heard on Wednesday by the city's Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board. The proposed plan calls for over 1.1 million square feet of floor space with 53 hotel units, 96 residential units and 2,571 parking spaces.
