HAMBURG, GERMANY-The EMPORIO complex situated on Valentinskamp in Hamburg has officially been opened after refurbishment. EMPORIO Tower, a 24-story complex, provides 430,782 square feet of space and has been comprehensively renovated by landlord Union Investment to include sustainability features.
Nearly EUR 270 million has been invested to upgrade the office building and construct a new-build hotel beside it. EMPORIO Tower is about 70% occupied. The 325-room hotel, Scandic Hamburg EMPORIO, is expected to open in September. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
