BUFFALO-Anthony Trusso, a local developer, has sold a West Side apartment/office complex to a Buffalo-area investment group. Jergo LLC purchased the property at 585 Niagara Street for $285,000.
The complex is situated at the corner of Jersey and Niagara streets and it features an office, which is occupied by the Jackson-Hewitt firm, and 9 apartments.
