CAROL STREAM, IL-Northbrook-based Banner Apartments LLC has listed an apartment community in west suburban Carol Stream on the market for sale. The Greenway at Carol Stream, a 325-unit apartment complex, is located at 136 Greenway Trail.
An Appraisal Research Counselors report revealed that the apartment investor bought the property in 2003 for $21 million, or $64,600 per unit. The nine-building complex was 95.7% occupied in Q1.
