BUFFALO GROVE, IL-The proprietor of a 95,000-square-foot shopping center in Buffalo Grove has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after being struck with a $6.9-million foreclosure lawsuit last October. The move blocks a $7-million foreclosure lawsuit filed by Bridgeview Bank Group.
