CHARLOTTE, NC-Childress Klein Properties has broken ground on an industrial building spanning 270,400 square feet in Ridge Creek Distribution Center. Averitt Express will occupy roughly 68,000 square feet in the industrial building situated off General Drive and Westinghouse Boulevard.
The new facility will feature multiple loading dock doors, parking for truck trailers and a 30-foot clear height. It will have water- and energy-saving features.
