SEATTLE-Two developers are collaborating to construct the second phase of the Stadium Place project in CenturyLink Field's parking lot. Henry Liebman's American Life will fund and construct the second phase along with Stadium Place's master developer, Daniels Real Estate.

The second phase of the project will comprise a 23-story hotel and 16,000 square feet of restaurants and shops, a health club and a 376-stall garage. The complex will cost more than $300 million.
