DENTON, TX-Fountain Residential Partners has started construction on a student housing community in Denton. The company is partnering with Crosswind Development Partners to build the 427-bed upscale housing property, known as 33 North.
The 139-unit property is coming up near the University of North Texas on the north side of Fort Worth. Amenities in the five-story community include pillow-top beds, an infinity pool, stainless steel appliances and kitchens with granite countertops.
