NEW YORK CITY-An Italian cafe will replace an antique shop on Sixth Avenue in SoHo. Ciccio, owned by Giacomo Romano, has signed a 10-year lease for 750 square feet at 190 Sixth Ave.
Asking price for the space was $104 per square foot. Page Management is the owner of the Sixth Avenue building. Square Foot's Julia Maksimova represented the tenant, while Aaron Gavios and Howard Aaron of Square Foot Realty represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
