ALBANY-Richard Rosetti, president of Latham-based Rosewood Home Builders, is planning to construct 24 apartments, 72 condominiums and an office building in Colonie, New York. The proposed development will come up on a 50-acre site at 586 Old Loudon Road and 1226 Loudon Road.
Rosetti is currently seeking approval for the mixed-use development. The project, called Northern Pass, will comprise 3, eight-unit apartment buildings; 18, four-unit condominium buildings; and a one-story office building. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
