COLLIERVILLE, TN-Shelby Group International Inc. of Memphis has revealed plans to move its headquarters to Collierville and plans to relocate its local distribution center to Fayette County. The company is planning to spend $10 million to construct a 45,000-square-foot office building on 3.8 acres in Collierville.
The Collierville Industrial Development Board sanctioned a 10-year tax abatement to move its corporate office to Schilling Farms. Shelby Group is also preparing to construct a distribution center measuring 500,000 square feet in Piperton. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
