NEW YORK CITY-San Francisco-based Yammer will open a new office on West 18th Street. The company has leased 13,500 square feet at 218 W. 18th St. situated between Seventh and Eighth avenues for five years.
The asking rent for the space was in the mid-$50s range. Yammer will open the office in the 12-story building by the end of this summer. CBRE Group Inc. negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both Yammer and Atlas Capital Group, the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
