BERLIN-A Paris-based company has sold three office buildings totaling more than 143,160 square feet of space in Berlin. A fund company and a German family office purchased the office portfolio for approximately EUR 23 million.
The properties include two office buildings totaling 68,038 square feet at Bernburger Strasse 30/31 and Taubenstrasse 10. The third office building, which comprises about 75,347 square feet of space, is situated near Spittelmarkt. Catella Germany represented both sides in the deal.
