SAN DIEGO-Colliers International has closed the sale of four industrial buildings totaling 152,513 square feet at Centerpointe Tech Center in the Miramar submarket of San Diego. Brentcrest Associates has sold the buildings to Providence II Centerpointe LLC for about $10.1 million.
The Centerpointe complex was roughly 46% leased at closing. The industrial buildings are located at 7740, 7737, 7720 and 7710 Kenamar Court. Colliers represented the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
