LONDON-Peel Land & Property is planning to convert a 26-acre site at Chatham Docks in Kent into a GBP 650-million development. Medway Council has approved Peel's outline planning application for the Chatham Waters scheme.
The proposed plans call for offices, an 'EventCity', hotel, food store, town houses, apartments, an education facility and landscaped public areas.
