NORTHBROOK, IL-Astellas Pharma U.S. Inc. has opened its new $150-million corporate headquarters for the Americas in nearby Northbrook. The 446,000-square-foot building includes 2 seven-story structures.
The project was built to include a high-tech conference center and a covered parking structure. The general contractor was Power Construction Co. LLC and the architect was Goettsch Partners.
