ODENTON, MD-Massachusetts-based Dolben Co. has recently finished the first of 1,400 apartments it is constructing in Maryland. In May, the company completed first of 235 apartments at the Village at Odenton Station.
The Odenton complex also includes 58,000 square feet of retail space. The 375-unit View at Mill Run in Owings Mills is scheduled to be completed this month and the 332-unit Charlestown Crossing will be completed in February 2014.
