BALTIMORE-Capital One Financial Corp. and Enterprise Homes Inc. are planning to start construction on a senior housing project in Baltimore. The $15.8-million project, called the Greens at Irvington Mews, will include 100 units as well as 5,000 square feet of common area, including computer and fitness rooms.
The senior housing apartment will have 82 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom units. The contractor of the project is Harkins Builders Inc. and the architect is Hord Coplan Macht Inc. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
