DALLAS-A California-based private equity firm has sold an apartment community in Northwest Dallas. Local investment partnership 2012 Webb Chapel Bachman Lago LLC was the buyer of Plaza Del Lago, a 320-unit apartment building on Webb Chapel Extension.
The apartments were constructed in 1982 and refurbished in 2008. The complex was more than 90% occupied at the time of sale. Taylor Snoddy, Philip Wiegand and Mark Freeman of Transwestern handled the sale. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
