LONDON-Performance Retail Limited Partnership, a joint venture of Strathclyde Pension Fund and Legal & General Property, has secured a new lease at the Arndale Centre in Eastbourne. International fashion retailer River Island has leased a 10,725-square-foot unit at the retail center for 10 years.
