SUNNYVALE, CA-Trumark Commercial has sold an office building at W. 674-678 Maude Ave. in Sunnyvale for an undisclosed amount to a joint venture of San Francisco-based Graymark Capital and Stamford, Connecticut-based Ascent Real Estate Advisors. The single-story building, which comprises over 39,000 square feet of space, is fully occupied by Aliph Inc. and Electric Cloud.
