WESTBOROUGH, MA-TransCanada Corp. is expanding its office space in Westborough. The energy infrastructure company has signed a lease for 20,081 square feet of space at 110 Turnpike Road.
The publicly traded company, which occupies the first and second floors of the Turnpike Road building, will consolidate its operations on the third floor. KBS Realty Advisors was the owner of the Westborough building. Lincoln Property Co. brokered the deal for the tenant and Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners represented the landlord.
