NASHVILLE-U.S. Bank National Association has taken back Windlands Shopping Center in Nashville through foreclosure. LoopNet and Davidson County property records revealed that the bank acquired the retail center measuring 91,000 square feet at 3760 Nolensville Pike for $2.29 million.
Current occupiers in the shopping center include Aldi and Dollar General. IPF/Windlands Limited Partnership purchased the nine-acre property in 1997 for an amount of $3 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
