DALLAS-The owner of Dallas' El Fenix restaurant chain is nearing a deal to purchase an Uptown office building. Firebird Restaurant Group LLC is purchasing the seven-story office building at Ashland and Akard streets to house its headquarters.
The building, which was constructed in 1985, includes three levels of office space and four levels of parking space. The office structure and a church behind the building, which are being sold, are owned by partnership created by Waters & Kraus. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
