
BUFFALO-A real estate investment group based in Rochester has bought an Amherst office building for $3.1 million. Developer Jay Birnbaum was the buyer of the 40,000-square-foot building at 95 John Muir Drive.
The building, which was developed in the mid-1980s, had been in foreclosure. Professor's Capital, which controlled the mortgage, was the owner of the single-story building.
