PROSPER, TX-Terra Verde Group, an investment and development company based in Southlake, has acquired Three Stones, a 2,030-acre development site in Prosper, for $30 million from a partnership that included Forest City Enterprises Inc. The company will convert the site into a master-planned community.
Three Stones will comprise 3,500 single-family lots, a mixed-use office component, four amenity centers and three school sites. TVG is expecting to spend $250 million for the project. For the full story, go to Fort Worth Business Press .
