WEST ALLIS, WI-Van Buren Management Inc. is planning to invest $7.5 million in renovating an old Sam's Club facility in West Allis in order to attract a light industrial or office tenant for almost 200,000 square feet of space. The building is located at 801 S. 60th St. and nearly half of it is leased to office tenants, including WDJT-TV (Channel 58), an affiliate of CBS.
