ATLANTA-The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported that Crescent Resources has proposed a 360-unit apartment project in Atlanta's Buckhead area. The Charlotte-based developer will build the apartments at Terminus, a 10-acre mixed-used development at Piedmont and Peachtree roads.
The new apartment project will mark the final phase of the mixed-use development. Cousins Properties, the developer of Terminus, originally planned to construct condominiums on the site where Crescent is preparing to build apartments. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
