CHARLOTTE, NC-Crescent Resources has started construction on Circle South Park, a 321-unit apartment complex near SouthPark mall in Charlotte. The $52-million project is coming up beside Piedmont Town Center.
The apartment community will have studio, single- and double-bedroom units. It will be Crescent's third Circle multifamily property in the Charlotte region. Once the project gets completed, Crescent will look for LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. The first apartments are likely to be available in summer 2013.
