MESA, AZ-Phoenix-based Velocity Retail Group reported that a Delaware company has purchased Superstition Triangle in Mesa for $4.52 million. Texas-based 29 Northwest LLC-owned company 1944 South Greenfield Road LLC bought the distressed shopping center spanning approximately 164,000 square feet at the northwest corner of Greenfield and Baseline roads.

WWW AHF Partners LLC sold the 12.75-acre property through Trident Pacific Real Estate Group Inc., a court-appointed receiver. Velocity represented the buyer and Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
