NEW YORK CITY-Two Trees Management has signed a preliminary agreement to purchase the Domino Sugar factory site situated on Brooklyn's Williamsburg waterfront for more than $160 million. The deal, which is yet to be closed, has already generated some concern in the neighboring community.
